We address personal data processing by making use of the fundamental processing rules of the GDPR Regulation of the European Union. Should you or your audience choose to upload content that contain personal information, the following will apply:

  • We will limit as much as possible the processing of personal information

  • Any personal information within our system of processing will be dealt with the utmost confidential care

  • Where personal data has to be processed on our system, we will address it as follows

    • The pseudonymization and encryption of customer data. This includes using custom controlled encryption

    • Ring-fencing our environment to Google Cloud processing region 'EU' only

    • Provide sufficient controls and tools for us and the user to address any concerns of access, rectification and erasure

  • Users of this system, are required to agree that they provide permission to Digital Airlock and our sub-processor Google Inc. to process this information

  • It is important to note the following regarding our system design:

    • Data stored inside our service is ephemeral, meaning that we strictly enforce deletion and cleanup processes to ensure that data stored with us is deleted within 14days. Permanently. Neither you or us can recover data that has been deleted.
