The Service utilizes Google Identity and Access Management (IAM) for user accounts. You acknowledge and agree that your account information is managed by Google IAM and subject to their terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Digital Products, Licensing, and Payments

Our Service allows you to purchase a license to use our digital datasets ("Products"). You are not purchasing ownership of the data itself.

4.1. License Grant

Upon successful payment, Amulet B.V grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased dataset for internal business purposes. You are expressly forbidden from:

• Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the dataset, in whole or in part.

• Using the dataset to create a competing product or service.

• Using the dataset for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

4.2. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your payment card details. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please review dataset details carefully before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

This website and the Service are owned and operated by Amulet B.V. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Amulet B.V and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of The Netherlands and foreign countries.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your data. We collect account information, usage data, and log data to provide and improve the Service. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Amulet B.V be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service or any purchased Product.
